Preston Historical Society

 PHS Museum Hours:  Open the 3rd and 4th Saturdays, from April through November, from 10 AM to 2 PM, except for some holiday weekends.  Also open by appointment, please email us via the link on the "Contact Us" page to schedule an appointment.  Refer to listings below for variations in schedule.

Admission:  No charge, unless otherwise indicated.

 
Location: PHS is located at 167 Main Street in Preston, Maryland, near the intersection of Main Street and Harmony Road, the parking lot and museum entrance are located behind Mike's Corner Store.  From Main Street turn onto Harmony Road; the parking lot and entrance to PHS is located on the right. Traveling to Preston on Harmony Road, the PHS parking lot is on the left, just past Car-O-Lin Court.

Celebrate our veterans

Celebrate the Holidays

• Honoring Our Veterans Celebration at the Preston Historical Society Museum, Saturday November 8.  Doors open at 10 AM.  Ceremony begins at 11 AM.  Lunch to follow. $15.00 per person for non-veterans, no charge for veterans.

• Christmas Open House at PHS, Saturday November 29 10 AM - 2 PM. Santa Claus will be visiting.  Decorations and baked goods will be on sale.

Rummage Sale, Saturday April 11 8 AM - 2 PM

(preview Friday April 10 5 PM - 7 PM, $5/person)

(Donations accepted starting December 1, but please, no large furniture donations)​
